What this website collects
This website uses GitHub OAuth to authenticate administrators for access to the web dashboard.
When a lab/study is created or managed through the dashboard, the website stores the following information:
  • Lab name
  • Lab connection code
  • Backend base URL
  • Optional firmware URL
  • Optional firmware version
  • Whether the lab is active
  • Creator user ID
  • Creation and update timestamps
What this website does not collect
The website is not used to monitor end-user activity inside the mobile app. It does not view participant sessions, app usage behavior, or other in-app personal activity through this dashboard.
How login works
Administrators sign in to the website using GitHub OAuth. This means the website may receive basic account information needed for authentication, such as your GitHub identity and associated profile details made available by the sign-in provider.
How stored lab data is protected
Some lab configuration values, such as connection-related fields, are transformed in the client before being stored in the database. This is used as an additional layer of obfuscation to reduce casual exposure of values.
However, no method of internet transmission or electronic storage is completely secure, and this website does not guarantee absolute security.
How the information is used
The stored information is used only to:
  • Authenticate administrators
  • Display and manage labs/studies in the dashboard
  • Support backend connectivity and configuration workflows
  • Maintain basic records such as ownership and timestamps
Sharing
We do not sell personal information. Information is only used for the operation of the admin website and its supporting infrastructure.
Data retention
Lab records remain stored until they are updated or deleted by an authorized administrator, subject to operational and backup requirements.
